Sorley Youngs finishing off a flowing Joga team move is the winner of Super League 2023/24’s first Goal of the Month competition.
The wonderful team goal saw the Glasgow side on their way to earn their first-ever top-flight victory in Perth against Letham Santos.
Starting with goalkeeper Neil Stafford, the sweeping move played through all four outfield players before a one-two set up Youngs with a simple finish.
The goal earned a massive 68% of the votes with 144 cast in total on the Scottish Futsal website before the deadline on Saturday.
In second place came a goal against Joga, this time Futsal Escocia grabbing a dramatic late winner through Caleb Holness’ breakaway. That earned 18% of the vote.
And in third was a spectacular overhead kick by Alexandru Sorlei of Sacachispas.
